Unprofessional
Very rude and demeaning to his employees in front of customers. He messed up my crown and food is getting stuck in there, I refuse to let him attempt to fix it, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Dr. Ferrara appeared knowledgeable and was able to put me at ease regarding my tooth pain. I felt comfortable, which is not something I usually feel at the dentist. He also cleaned my teeth and was able to be careful around my tooth pain. I will definitely recommend him to others.
