I started seeing Dr. Voci when he took over Dr. Griffin's practice. When I needed a tooth extracted I called Dr. Voci's office for them to recommend someone. I spoke to Frank at the front desk who I have known for years gave me nothing but a hard time. I called back and asked to speak to someone in charge, well that was a big mistake. I just have some advice for Paula Smith, the Manager - GET SOME PEOPLE SKILLS YOU CLEARLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH CLIENTS IN A PROFESSIONAL MATTER.
