A total and lasting nightmare. Exhausted most of my insurance and time off work, yet still have not received partials that were paid for by my insurance. Calls were not returned and calls were not answered, have no recourse because the dentist is not in my network of providers. Stressed and depressed beyond belief after spending so much time and resources for nothing. The way this dentist have treated me as a patient is criminal. After serving my country faithfully, I can't believe that this is how I would be treated in the civilian world. This experience has scarred me forever when it comes to looking for a reliable and capable dentist.
