They just pretending to be friendly and caring people, they care only about money. I was a patient for more than 10 years, and it it didn't seem to matter once money was involved. I don't recommend. They give the impression of friendliness but if there is a slightest insurance problem, they will decline service.

Dr Fred said I needed a crown, he would guarantee his work. In 6-10 months the crown decayed underneath. In fact, both crowns decayed the same way. The first, needed a root canal(?), then later an implant. The second crown recently broke off and will require an implant. He did not charge for the three replacement crowns but, fixing his work cost $8,000-9,000. He refuses to see me again!
Like I told my dad, "Never take your car to a garage with no cars out front". ie, Check the waiting room.
