I had an emergency tooth extraction back in August. Had to pay $355 out of pocket to Dr. Sams that day with the promise that he would file a claim to get me reimbursed through my insurance. It took 2 1/2 months and numerous calls to his office to get the claim form sent to me only to have my insurance issue the check to him because he "didn't complete the form correctly" and show that I paid him. Insurance claims he violated their agreement by not submitting directly to them and making me pay out of pocket. I'm now sitting around waiting for Dr. Sams office to contact insurance to state that I did pay out of pocket and should be reimbursed. If you're okay with not using your insurance and getting the run around from Dr Sams office, go ahead and use him.

We Sams accommodated me with an emergency. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything that needed to be done and costs prior to treatment.

Dr. Sams tackled a tough dental problem, but stuck with us all the way through. He explained the treatment plan and walked us through step-by-step. Very professional and skilled. Highly recommend!
