First great cleaning which I'm now a forever pt.
The staff were warm and friendly upon arrival. My hygienist, Lacy, was not only calming, kind, and thorough with the cleaning. She was a wealth of knowledge and gave me some great pointers for flossing better. Dr. Holtzclaw was kind and was thorough as well with his exam. This was my first visit and I'm happy to know I've found my dentist who will take great care of all my dental needs.

Very knowledgeable and efficient
Telehealth
It was a great experience on day 1 to do a crown within ann hour and a filling. Next day, something chipped off and he fixed it free of charge, to my surprise.

Totally unacceptable chairside manner
Completely oblivious to patient pain. During my procedure I started experiencing sharp pain. I raised my hand, groaned and even started to move my head away but he ignored me and just kept drilling!Once he eventually stopped he did not acknowledge, apologize, explain - nothing, as if nothing happened! I told him sternly that he must stop when the patient expresses strong pain and again he completely ignored me!I've had lots of dental work done in over 60 years but have never experienced such behavior from a dentist.That was my first and last visit there.

Friendly staff and great care!
Friendly professional staff and dentist. Dr Holtzclaw explains procedures well and is an excellent dentist. Definitely recommend him!

Excellent health care
Dr Holtzclaw was excellent. I had a broken tooth on their afternoon off and he took a call on his personal cell phone and arranged an appt for the next afternoon He was able to complete the crown in one visit so I did not have to return

They're always professional, and found some issues before they became a problem. Every time Dr. Holtzclaw has replaced an old filling or installed a crown, I can honestly say, that in my 70 years I have never had my bite feel normal like it does after he does it. Great work!

I went on May 15th and they exceeded safety practices during my visit. They called me in from my car, checked my temperature and asked a few questions. The staff was wearing extra protection and put me totally at ease. As always, they were very professional, courteous, and answered any questions I asked. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone who is searching for a great dentist! Becky H
