I received a root canal from Dr. Gavin Criser on Tuesday, January 14th, the dental specialty care was excellent. Dr. Criser and his staff provided an outstanding level of care and made certain I was comfort the entire time I was in the chair. I left the office in the early morning with NO pain at all and through the remaining of the day. As evening came, I had no reason to take any pain medicine to sleep, and no discomfort......a testament to his wonderful skills. I highly recommend Dr Gavin Criser should you need endodontic care in the Florence SC area.

Dr. Criser is a gentle soft spoken dentist who explains exactly what needs to be done. He is prompt and is always available for follow up. Every one in his office is kind and engaging. Highly recommend him.

I was sent to Dr. Criser by my dentist to examine old root canal to see if retreatment was needed. I was extremely impressed with everyone in his office. Dr. Criser is so nice and so professional. I felt so comfortable and at ease there. Believe me, going to the dentist or specialist is no easy task for me. I get extremely anxious and very nervous. This all stems from unpleasant visits to the dentist when I was young. Dr. Criser is one of those people you feel like you have known forever. I had my first root canal surgery at the ripe old age of 90 ! Naturally I was very apprehensive, but as soon as I met Dr. Criser I liked him and knew I would get along fine! If you have to have dental work this is the dentist and staff you want to deal with. I am no fan of going to the dentist but this has been the easiest dental procedure I have ever had. I would highly recommend Dr. Criser and his staff to anyone needing a root canal or other dental procedure.

Dr. Criser takes his time to make a patient comfortable, and informed every step of the way, in what is happening. I appreciate his great chairside manners, and his promptness of taking care of my problem.
