I had been going to Dr. Gemma Ferrer for at least 5 years now, she has helped me through out very bad dental work of the past and made it right. From all of my bad experiences in the past with other dentists, Dr. Ferrer shows much more compassion and bedside manners with the patients she treats. Nothing but good has come from having Dr. Gemma Ferrer as my dentist. I was quite disappointed that she left San Francisco , but I hope to setup an appointment real soon at her new location and will travel there to get quality Dental Care.

This office was terrible and entirely unprofessional. After filling out forms, we waited an hour. When we got up to say something they saw us right away, which indicated they'd forgotten about our appointment entirely despite us having checked in and sitting right in front of reception. Looked inside mouth for 30 seconds, gave little explanation and just referred us elsewhere.
