Dr. Geoffrey Potts, DDS

I previously left a review about Dr Potts office being closed when I went there for my scheduled 6 month cleaning, and getting no response to my voicemail. Since then I have gotten 3 voicemails from the office. The first did not mention my VM or their egregious error, instead saying it was time for my 6 month appointment and to call the office to schedule. The second said they knew they had cancelled my previous and offering options to schedule a cleaning and checkup. This weeks VM offered me a same day appointment for a cleaning and checkup due to a cancellation. I have my appointment card and did not receive a call, text or email cancelling my appointment. My daughter left work early, picked me up and took me to my scheduled appointment. For some reason Dr Potts office does not find it necessary to own and apologize for their complete lack of professionalism, integrity and common courtesy.

Office staff was very friendly, but I was given an appointment for the wrong time, showing up late and the dentist let me know it. I went home and checked my card and I was correct, they put the wrong time on it. Secondly, the staff misled me about being in network for my provider, they were not. There estimate was $3500 more (out of network charge). When you go to the dentist and they feel they have to tell you they have been together 15 years, what's the real story.

Everyone in Dr. Pott's office is very nice and professional. I have a bit of a fear of dental work, but they all made me feel very comfortable.
