Get new staff they are rude.
The fact some are required to show ID while others that walked in got the thumbs up no ID required. Even though we were established patients. He had removed a root canal, cleaned the teeth, written out prescriptions. However, the worst part was embarrassment to my granddaughter in regards to confidentiality throughout their office. Everyone in their office heard them speaking to us so condescending about things that was unable to be controlled. If you have social anxiety or if you’re autistic, I would not advise you going there. They’re not sensitive to mental health needsand they will deny you service even if you’re an established patient. They don’t communicate they only write you a letter of telling you they will no longer be serving you. Find another dentist in my humble opinion.

I am in love with Dr. Conard and his staff. I truly can't say enough good things about this practice. Ashleigh, the office manager, is absolutely amazing. She keeps the office running smoothly and I am never there for too long. love, love, love this practice!!!!
