Dr. George Kostakis, DDS

Dr. Kostakis and all the staff there are exceptionally good. I can't say enough positive about my experience as a patient. I have an acquaintance who told me that they haven't seen a dentist in five years. I suggested they see Dr. Kostakis.

Upon my first visit he told me that I needed 4 new fillings, a crown and a wisdom tooth pulled.This was a shock.My former dentist was always thorough and I was up-to-date on all needed dental work. I agreed to letting him do 2 fillings and perform the rest later.After the procedures I was solicited to pay extra because my plan did not cover everything. So,I did. I wondered about this and crosschecked with the insurance company directly.I was informed that I had paid too much and that a refund from the dentist was necessary.I contacted his office several times asking for this reimbursement.In one of his replies Dr. K. wrote: 'I am not refunding money that was honestly earned by repairing your teeth.If you think the insurance company will respond, ask THEM for a refund.And tell them they need to explain YOU their policies more completely.”So, I contacted them. They reached out to Dr.K explaining their policies to HIM more completely and urged HIM to refund me. Which he did... partially.

About 1 and a half years ago I went for a basic checkup. I was told I had two old fillings that should be replaced with crowns. I had now issues or pain withthese teeth but agreed. The doctor said one filling was close to the nerve. After that tooth received a crown I began to feel intermittent pain leading to a root canal a year later. After two retreatments I still have a sensitivity issue. This is all the fault of a dentist more interested in making money than the welfare of his patient.

Dental hygienist, Regina, was rude and abrupt and had little concern for patient's comfort. The dentist berated me for not agreeing to a 4-month rather than the 6-month cleaning regimen covered by my dental insurance. He also refused to treat me if I did not agree to his demands.

Dental Hygienist Crystal is so friendly, knowledgeable and caring! She was amazing, so if you want an overall amazing hygienist see Crystal at Dr. Kostakis Office! Great Office staff and Doctor as well!!!!

We started coming here based off of recommendation from a friend and have been very happy with everything. The staff is so friendly and I really feel like in the short time we've been coming here they've gotten to know us and made us all feel comfortable. They are excellent with kids!! Highly recommend

I have never had a bad experience. I always feel welcomed and well-taken care of. Dr. K always considers what is best for the patient and never takes advantage by recommending procedures that are unnecessary or in the interests of making a fast buck.

I never thought I would say I enjoy going to the dentist, but I do! Dr. Kostakis is so gentle and explains everything he does while he does it. His staff are awesome! I highly recommend their office. Always a pleasure!

Our family has seen Dr. Kostakis for years and his staff is wonderful! I recently had two cavities filled. Dr. Kostakis explained everything to me before the procedure was done and was very attentive and caring. The fillings were quick and painless!

We moved to Florida less than a year ago and really needed a great dentist for our whole family. We tried Dr. Kostakis and have been thoroughly pleased. He takes the time to listen and to explain the treatment. We are so glad to have found this practice.

My whole family and I have come to Dr. Kostakis for many years and have never had a bad experience. He is knowledgeable and friendly and always does a great job. The staff is AMAZING and make you feel right at home.

My cleaning went well as always and Dr. Kostakis stayed behind after to answer all of my questions.

Staff and Dr. Kostakis is the best dental staff i have ever been able to experience. I have severe anxiety about dental work and not only are the patient, kind, and reassuring but i felt no pain and absolutely love the results! I will be a patient for life!

Dr. K is, unlike many of his peers, truly focused on patient service. He is at turns a dedicated and supremely capable professional but with a warm and engaging demeanor that puts his patients at ease. In addition, his staff is second to none - each of his assistants and hygenists are highly skilled at their craft and are at the same time engaging and truly caring of the care and comfort of their patients.

Dr. K is friendly and personable, not a trait all doctors have at least in my experience. He takes his time to explain to you what he is doing and is gentle with his work. I have been going to Dr. K for over 5 years now and expect to until he retires (hopefully not anytime soon!) My whole family and extended family having Dr. K as their dentist. As great as Dr. K is, his staff may be even better. Martha, Andrea, Cindy, Lisa and Anne Marie are awesome.

I was a patient of Dr. K's for a few years when I lived in the area. The entire practice is top notch and full of highly qualified and personable staff. I would still be going here if I hadn't have moved. Dr. K and the staff are kind, caring, and take the time to explain all facets of procedures. Dr. K would never recommend any unnecessary procedures. There is a very real family atmosphere at this practice and it is instantly recognizable on your first visit.
