Dr. George Stermer Jr, DDS

I had been a patient of Dr. Stermer's for years (and years). Never had a bad experience and loved the work that was performed. But the other dentist that is in there now is nothing like Dr. Stermer was. I was having an issue with my teeth (from a dentist in Eden), so I asked him if he could look at a different tooth. He repeatedly told the receptionist that he didn't want to look at it and for me to go back to the dentist in Eden. After several attempts of me telling him it wasn't even the same tooth. Dr. Stermer wouldn't have NEVER done that!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Stermer, but definitely NOT the other one.

Staff and doctors are efficient and friendly. Dr Allaman worked hard to make sure that I was comfortable during my visit. Extractions are scary but they made the process quick and pain free. I am in love with my new smile!

I checked his license on the website dhp.virginia.gov 0401003431 I did and was appalled he can still practice as a "DENTIST". I was unaware he had been caught kissing on patients without consent. And he lied about his experience. He should be sorry for all the bad dental work he has performed and refund the poor patients who have been traumatized by his careless skill and behavior. People should not cover for him or allow him to offer hush money if he did. I would be careful.

Dr. Stermer is great, but the other dentist who works here is a rude, pushy, awful dentist who destroyed my mouth and forced me to see an oral surgeon. Dr. Stermer is older and not there as often. DO NOT get them confused. They pushed a bunch of stuff on me I didn’t need and the dentist was rough, mean, and totally heartless about it. Beware.

Dr. Stermer introduced himself and then I never saw him again. I had my teeth cleaned and I was not satisfied with that at all. I found the staff very pushy and they were making me an appointment for an implant when I had not even decided if I wanted to proceed with that. I have never returned.
