Welcomed from the time you enter the office. Very friendly staff. Explanations every step of the way. Very flexible in scheduling and rescheduling. Dr Cox is gentle, caring, very skilled at what he does. And that is why I go to him, skills. And his wonderful staff.

Always great. Explains what he's doing, step by step, so no surprises. Happy to answer any questions in a way you actually understand. Office staff is great, and I never have to wait...they don't overbook.
