Dr. Gerry Green, DMD

Today I had the worst experience in any doctor/dentist office. It was traumatic for me. The office staff fit me in to a cancelled spot today. When I called to confirm time, the told me the wrong time and I arrived and hour early. The whole experience at this office lasted almost 5 hours and I live an hour away. During what should have been a cut and dry procedure, Dr. Green encountered a problem. It was very painful for me. The continually gave me local shots to deaden the pain but to no avail. Some cleaning stuff was sprayed in my mouth, and I gagged several times. Dr. Green must have ran over time with me, when he finally finished, he dashed out to another patient while I laid there with tears in my eyes. He said not one word to me. I returned to the office to discuss with Dr. Green the terrible pain I was in but he would not see me until all patience had been seen. guess he did not want to miss out on any paying people. This was the very worst experience ever.
