Dr. Ing has the same gentleness & throughness as my retired dentist. I was always terrified of dentist from childhood experiences, so I'm very happy that I found Dr. Ing. I barely feel the anesthesia injections...it's like magic! Everything is fast & efficient & professional including his assistant. I just lucked out that he now also has an office in Kapolei, near my home!

Gentle, not rushed, thorough, explains and warns you of what he going to do and will explain what and why the best treatment will benefit me the best. Small, thin fingers and hands. Administers anesthesia wonderfully.
