Prompt. Clean facility. Very kind staff. Communication is great, they encourage questions. No pushyness. Very professional yet comfortable. Love the animal videos. Gives that warm fuzzy happy feeling. State of the art equipment. No old fashioned torture devices. I will be updating after surgery at the end of January.

It is ridiculous that the staff at the dental practice of Lakeside Daytona Dentist, 1913 N Clyde Morris Blvd, Suite 130, Daytona Beach, FL 32117 are focused only on extracting maximum dollars from patients. We like Dr. Silva, but will now find another practice. We have had several disputes about them incorrectly billing our insurance and charging/coding services we did not have or want. Our insurance covers 100% of preventative - cleaning - fluoride - exams and X-rays with no deductible. Yet they charged us over $80 in addition to being paid by our dental insurance plan. They claim that because my wife had a deep periodontal cleaning one time over 5 years ago that they now must bill these as perio treatment rather than preventative cleanings and charge us our annual deductible and 20% co-payment on these treatments and that she can never simply have biannual cleanings. We recommend that others find a different dental practice where you can actually talk to the dentist.

I started to come to Dr. Silva's office five years ago. My wife and I are very happy with the dental care Dr. Silva provided. He is very professional incredibly gentle and caring. He is always looking for long time dental care solution. The office has the latest x-ray & scanners. We are traveling for 45+ minutes to have Dr. Silva as our dentist. Hygienists and the rest of the office people are very friendly providing very high quality care. This is the best dental care in the area.

Dr. Silva and his staff were exceptional and I could not have been more impressed with the Dentist himself, the hygienist and even the front desk! They took extra care in ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and they went above and beyond my expectations. They have acquired a new patient and I am proud to announce that I will be returning to Dr. Silva's office for all of my future dentist appointments.

There was no rushing, everything was clean and organized. The office manager sat down with me and explained the prices that I would be expecting. There were no surprises. As for the dental care, it is that same high quality care. For cleanings, the dentists were gentle (as gentle as a cleaning could be) and always asked me if I was doing ok. For fillings, Dr. Silva was incredibly gentle and caring. He reassured me every time he would be gentle. Best dental care of my life.
