I have been going to Dr. Shefter's office for several years. #1) FRANCES: Both my husband and I usually have Frances for our cleaning and she is a-maaaaaay-zing! She does a wonderful job and I am such a chicken- so she has no problem taking the extra time with me by not using that high pitched ultra sonic cleaner..You will love her. #2) DR. SHEFTER: He is one of the most honest men I know. He is gentle and lets us know exactly what needs to be done with no pressure to do extra #3) DR.HARRELL: There is a " new kid in town" I recently had to have 3 teeth pulled. I have never had teeth pulled, so I was pretty nervous. Dr. Harrell explained what he was doing every step of the way. The "new kid in town" is a jewel and a wonderful addition to this practice. #4) STACEY: Because this last procedure was an emergency during Coronavirus, everything is on an emergency basis only. I spoke with Stacey and she made several calls for me to follow-up on some things. Thankyou for caring so much
