Dr Womack refused my son antibiotics for a tooth infection, even after his face started to swell. Dr. Womack yelled at me on the phone and refused to help my son.
My son had to taken to the hospital where he had emergency surgery for cellulitis that ate through his jaw bone. He spent days in the hospital critically ill, suffering, in terrible pain due to something Dr. Womack could have easily treated.

We have not had a negative experience with any staff. There was one awful moment of mis-communication but when I brought it up to the office manager, I felt my concerns were validated, appreciated and that changes would be made to ensure it wouldn't happen again.

I would highly recommend this office. I have been with this office since my children were small and even though my kids are young adults now I have one with special needs who will continue with him through adulthood. All of the staff are friendly, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They put the needs of the child above everything.

Some staff should not work with children. When i called to talk about a situation they didn't even bother to return my call.
