I had such a bad experience with Dr Boots this morning that I now believe most of the positive reviews are paid or faked. I called his office and started by saying that I had an emergency and asked the soonest he could see me and the receptionist said that the soonest he could see me was 30 days from today. I said “but this is an emergency, I’m bleeding.” And she said “he’s completely booked for today and couldn’t see you. Then there was this long pause. She said nothing more. And this is when it started to go bad: She clearly wanted me to hang up and leaver her alone. No compassion, no interest, no offer to help, no referrals … nothing. Dead silence. So I said “and that’s it? You can’t help at all?” To which she responded “Well I could put you on the call list in case someone cancels.” And then I realized that she didn’t want to help me at all – I was having to press the issue and push her to do her job. It was awesome! I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out! I DID NOT feel ANYTHING at all!! He is a great doctor!!! I can't wait for my next appointment!!
