Terrible experience
When he numbed my mouth with the needle he used way too much medication.I couldn’t close my eye for 10Hours and when he numbed a different visit I couldn’t feel my ear at all. I addressed getting a filling vs a crown and he tried to say it was sensitive and denied request. They made me wait months to get treatment. They will do one tooth at a time - I do not recommend him. He rushes.

Long time satisfied client!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Greg since he started his practice here . Very friendly, knowledgeable and does great work. I have had several bridges done , that came out wonderful. I am most pleased about what he did for my 90 year old mom , that needed new dentures . They came out beautifully and made such an improvement in her appearance. She was so pleased with her new smile . I was worried she would have trouble adjusting to the fit , but she had no problems , the fit was great.

This place is amazing they go above and beyond for their patience!! If you are in need of a dentist call in and see if they take your insurance you won’t regret it!! The staff went above and beyond!! Amazing people!!

After thousands of dollars of dental work, braces in my fifties, extractions, root canals, bone grafts preparing for implants....I view myself as a "professional patient!" After moving to Minerva from Nevada we found Dr. Dowell! I loved his practice and staff. However, both my husband and I are on SS so we had to pay out of pocket. How delighted we are to have found Dr. Gregory Kinsinger in Waynesville! Our insurance is accepted and our mouths are smiling!! Kudos to he and his staff!

if i could rate this office a 0 i would and i never got to even see the doctor because of a nasty front office woman that does not belong anywhere that she can talk to clients.I walked out and took two other clients with me all because of her nasty personality.
