I am as 5-star as I can get--for something which I dread. Dr. Plancich and his team of support personnel are wonderful! I am a nervous patient (to say the least), to the point of the occasional anxiety attacks. However, his staff have recognized that and are supporting, positive and continually make me more comfortable. Today I was there for a pretty invasive procedure; at every step of the way Dr. Plancich and his staff described what was happening and why, which calmed me down so much! Thank
