I had a visit with Dr. Cai today for 2 fillings. Dr. Cai kept me informed of what she was doing step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They are perfect! I was able to eat normally right after. Dr Cai is a sweetheart. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist! I drive 40 minutes to see her!

Just received a refusal of treatment letter which NO ONE ever discussed with me. My most recent visit was a cleaning only and I did not see the dentist . So what are they talking about ?!!!!! This place is ala cart dentistry , $19 to tell you to tilt your tooth brush. Upsell Upsell
upsell. Red flag. Beware

This woman is a quack! She runs up her bills from day 1. Tried to tell me I need a 3 step deep cleaning. Told me she was trying to save me from endocarditis. I refused to agree to 3 appointments for a cleaning. Was back north visiting family and was able to see my long term previous dentist. 1 regular cleaning was all I needed.
