Rude and No customer service
This doctor is one of the rudest doctors I have ever had the encounter with. He has no customer service. Hang up the phone on your face when you are having a conversation with him. No common sense or decency. When you start talking to him like he is talking to you (condescendingly that is) he is quick to try to talk over you. He takes advantage of the people that doesn’t speak English by charging them more than is necessary. He should not be a dentist nor be at the frontline in dealing with customers if he doesn’t have an ounce of common sense.

I probably have the worst teethe in the world and Dr Cesar has worked miracles. He is truly a master at his craft and the staff is all very friendly and non judgmental. I would recommend Dr Cesar to family and friends.
