I was one of first customers at this location when Dr Michaels was there that’s when your people cared about patients, now it’s all about getting money. I call office made appointment to get a tooth extracted get there no one knew about it this is the 2nd time. They did take me in give me injections to numb me wait around 30-40 minutes for dr to come back and tell me we don’t have implant so jokingly I’m told think of it as a dress rehearsal so I have to deal with unnecessary pain of needles. Pain gets worse I call office explain the pain has gotten bad office says I have Dr call you no call back until yesterday when I was told there was an opening as I get injections in my mouth they come with a bill of the cost of procedure at that point I have no choice but to proceed with procedure. I have in the past been able to pay installments but this lady who I never demand payment I explained I do installments she said you must pay 485.00 which I did I will not be back

Very friendly, nice and knowledgeable staff, technologically impressive and very well organized operation-wise.

My Dentist adheres to a standard excellent not putting my crown in twice due the lab not making it right.I appreciate that.

Dr. Alwani was very nice and through. I had a couple of cavities filled and it went great.

Did not see dentist. Only had teeth cleaning. Used to seeing debris st every 6 mo cleaning. Guess things have changed.

Worst customer service ever, prepare to wait over 45mn,and no one bothers to apologize. This isn't one time issue, it every time u have an appointment. They will schedule too many patients in the same time to guarantee their money, then u will be waiting. Be aware people

Dr Alwani was very gentle. She explained my problem very well and showed me the X-ray. The work was done in no time. I am usually scared of the shots in the month. She was very gentle. Drilling was good temp crown fitted well and I did not have many high spots. I would highly recommend Dr Alwani.

Never went over any issues I would have pulling a top tooth. It left a hole in the sinus cavity. Took 4 month and two other dentist to correct. I had insurance was suppose to pay contracted rate they charged me more said they would refund once the insurance paid. It s been a few months still hasnt refunded the difference.

The staff was amazing! They made my whole family feel great about their visit! Ivy and Judy were very attentive!

I went for a simple broken tooth extraction which is 100% covered by my insurance. Dr. Alway, her dental assistant and accounting personnel were more interested in selling me a $4000 dental work package than attending my immediate need ( that too while I was sitting in the patient chair). When the sales pitch did not succeed, they lost interest in me as a patient. They told me to come after 2 days and quoted me several hundred dollars. Happy ending - the tooth fell on its own the next day.

I went to Dental care of davenport to see their four star dentist and got this one star dentist assigned to me instead. I was unaware there were two dentists in this practice. This is the only time I've ever experienced pain in a dentists chair. She basically ignored my original complaint, redid two crowns that possibly didn't need to be done and drilled so deep I needed a root canal after.

Dr. Alwani is an excellent dentist. An expert in her field.
