Gentle Dentist never bothered to call my insurance company to check my coverage. They stated that they had called but did not. I would never ever have gone to such a poor company just to have my teeth cleaned to end up in collections. They should have done THEIR job and called my dental insurance to verify coverage. Do not bother going here unless you want outrageous bills, even with dental insurance that no one will bother to check, and a subpar teeth cleaning that leaves much to be desired.

I.ve never seen such poor management in all the 50 plus years of going to a dentist. No only did they check my eligibility. They never disgusted the out of pocket cost to me so I could make a financial decision. Instead 6 weeks later im given a huge bill. I would never have had the service done had I been given a choice.
