Dr. Gross has always been pleasant, kind, and professional. His staff are as well. I appreciated the time he spent with me explaining all my options, the pros and cons of each. His staff was able to go over the costs and give me the amount I would be responsible for down to the penny. They also worked with me to find the best payment options.

Dr. Guy put a crown in for me in 2011. In 2015 half of the crown crumbled away. I was told that it would cost $900 to replace it and insurance won't cover a crown within 5 years of its origin. I have had several crowns over the last 20 years and not one ever crumbled out of my mouth. They claimed I grind my teeth at night. Had I known a sliding scale existed for crown failures I would have never allowed him to do any work in the first place. Now you know.
