Ha Yelin

I repeatedly told Dr. Yelin Ha not to fill a specific tooth because she said that if she filled it I'd need a root canal. The tooth didn't hurt and my insurance didn't cover root canals. Dr. Ha violated my consent and filled it anyways. By Dr. Ha's own admission in front of witnesses, this was because she never once wrote down the fact that I said this despite it being repeated multiple times at multiple appointments. If you see her, know that she won't even write down what you do and don't consent to and will openly admit to not taking these notes. After I started screaming and crying about how I trusted her and that I begged her not to touch that tooth, she offered to do the root canal for free. I'm sure I'd have to pay for the crown to cover her damages, but I suppose it's the thought that counts. The filling also fell out in less than 3 weeks
