I called to talk to the dentist assistant and was told she would have to call me back. I waited an hour an a half waiting for a call. So I decided to go to the office. Then I was told that she wasn't in that day. I was given an appointment time and was treated very well.

Your staff was very polite and friendly. This helped put me at ease. Your technology is amazing. I was disappointed to lose a tooth, but I agreed with your decision it could not be saved. The actual extraction was done with a minimum of discomfort. Having a tooth extracted is never any fun, but I will say, between the drugs, the technology, and the skill of Dr. Hoveida, the process was much less traumatic than I expected. I plan to return for more work in the future.
