Called with a dental emergency for my teen. Was told no time for emergency appts this week, was told my teen needed to learn how to manage pain better, this wasn’t an easy fix. Aspen saw her, broken molar with exposed nerve. Surgery scheduled. Thank you for not caring at all. It only takes a second to have empathy and be kind. It only takes a second to explain it’s a holiday and you are unstaffed but to not even offer to help, shame on you. Your Dr took an oath to help, but the phone staff destroyed that. People need more than just teeth cleanings! Remember that next time.

I've only been to one other dentist that was as good! She knows what she is doing and does it well. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Ivalha has done a great job with all the work I have had done fillings, extractions and crowns, I have referred patients to her and everyone has agreed with me :) and she is a very affordable Dentist !

Joy is the most unprofessional, rude person I’ve ever spoke with. She cut me off without letting me say a word each time I tried to explain my situation. “Which is my car is not working to the point that I can make it to your office.” To sign release form. She didn’t care about what I had to say and very much clearly let me know it. I just Wanted to know if I could sign the release form via email, and I can have my signature notarized if that is what it takes. I have a cavity that is new and needs filled, I had to take off work for this appointment And to have Joy simply not care and treat this as if I’m less than nothing, as if I have not made a sacrifice by taking off work, is completely unacceptable. She is extremely unprofessional and lack any ability to listen, so that I could finish any question or statement I had. Because of her extremely lack of care and professionalism I will NEVER come back to that office. seems to have some kind of hatred for me

I had the best experience I have ever had at any dentist office I have ever been too! I loved my previous dentist. Five stars too, new dental insurance caused me to change. I went in to establish myself as a patient and to have my teeth cleaned. No pain, a professional, friendly atmosphere and a staff that truly work together to take care of their patients! All of my questions were answered! Dr. Ivalha and her staff are amazing!

My son had his annual cleaning and the staff along with Doctor Ivalha were really great to him.
