She didn’t speak to me, didn’t tell me her plans, didn’t treat the tooth I came in for. She was uncommunicative and harsh. She worked by pinning my tongue down with the suction tool, jamming it into my gums. When I told her it hurt twice, the irritable response both times was like “we have to do this because of you.” I wish she had at least tried giving me verbal instructions like “relax your tongue” or whatever, before resorting to that.I really hope she works on her patient skills.

This practice submitted my insurance request for a root canal. The request expired and they stated they called me over and over and I did not answer. When I told them I received no communication they said something along the lines of 'We are a professional dental office we don't make mistakes'...this is not proof of anything, and no one is infallible. However in that same vein I let them know that I religiously live on my phone like most millennials. I work as an Executive Assistant and I am looking for additional work; so a missed phone for me is like a missed opportunity or a missed call from my Boss. The point is I DO NOT MISS CALLS! and I check my voicemails. I wanted my insurance claim to be submitted again, but they declined to work with me; making it seem like I wasted their time because I did return these 'alleged calls'. Its not like I missed appointments or anything. This to me seems harsh, and cruel for the fact that I have limited time and my exposed tooth is getting worse

AVOID DR. HARITHA TIRUPATHI OF GREAT AMERICAN DENTAL!!!! She has offices in San Ramon and Castro Valley My son went to her for a cleaning and she recommended that two filings be replaced. He went back and she replaced the filings. Immediately afterwards, my son was in great pain. It seems she cracked his tooth and it resulted in a root canal and crown. My son approached her about this asking for his money back and to be reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses for the root canal and crown. She gave him the run around and finally said she had turn this over to her "claims department". The total cost out of pocket to my son is $2,200.00. She got $550.00 for the filings and caused another $2200.00 in damages. This dentist is known for doing unnecessary procedures so that she can get more money. She causes pain and suffering in her patients and then asts like she didn't do anything wrong. I read a review that said she did a similiar thing to a 6 six old and it resulted in th
