Scammed my family into 3 deep gum cleans when multiple other dentists have confirmed Ive never had gum disease. These people are con artists that put my moms cap on backwards and it has since gotten infected. Don't let their friendly faces fool you

My visit at this office was great . Dr Latimer really showed that he cares about his patients

I went to Dr. Latimer's office to have a tooth pulled. He talked very nasty to me about the state of the tooth and asked why I had waited so long to come in. When I responded that my job did not offer adequate dental coverage, he went on to begin talking to me as if I was nothing. The office is old and dirty! The x-ray machine looks like it is from the 1940s. When I paid for the service with my American Express, he stood there beside me until it went through...as if I am a crook or something!?

The office was filthy. The equipment was antiquated. I did not see Dr. Latimer. I saw another person who claimed to be a dentist but had on a big t-shirt and faded baggy jeans. This dentist actually did my cleaning! There was not a sink next to the chair. I was only able to rinse once at the end of the cleaning across the room at a sink connected to the wall. On a positive note, the dentist was very knowledgeable and professional. But I won't be back because the office and equipment were dirty

Super unprofessional, I went in for work and after being numbed, I was told he had to leave to fix his DL before the office closed and that he would be back. when he did get back of course I had to be re numbed, a fact he forgot until I reminded him you can't just start once you get back after and hour and half of being gone. He is very rude to customers and talks about your teeth. the only good thing was one of the guy dental hygienist.

My son had an appointment April of 2015 still have not finished the work that needs to be done it's been a year and 5 months still getting the run around sad

I have been trying for two months to get a receipt faxed to me. The first five times I called, I was told that it would be faxed to me. When I FINALLY got it, it wasn't even on company letterhead. So here I am AGAIN requesting the document. I called 3 times yesterday and was told I would get it, still no fax. I've called twice today and I'm now being told that she is on the phone. She said she will fax it to you. This is ridiculous and UNPROFESSIONAL. IT'S A RECEIPT!!!
