Dr. Brown is an amazing dentist. Her staff has always been pleasant and attentive to my needs. She made sure my dental needs were addressed accordingly and allowed me to be a part of my dental care. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I have been with Dr. Brown since 2003 when my family and I moved here to Greenville NC and Dr. Brown help save my teeth and I am forever grateful! Sometimes in business, there will always be a stumbling block but it's the challenge that you get from client to Doctor.Actually, Dr. Brown has service many family members of mines as well as recommendation. Thank you Dr. Brown for all that you do.

Attempt made to become new patient however, the receptionist was very rude and sarcastic. She was very condescending, even asked me why didn't my mother stay with the previous dentist? When she was advised there was no insurance but self pay she became agitated as evident with her sigh! She begin to end the call with saying "Well I don't know what else to tell you, after asking her about using dental xrays from previous dentist done 2 weeks ago. I will not become a patient here.
