Dr. Hector Pinero, DMD

This is an Oral Surgeon who cares about his patents comfort. This visit was installing the receptors for implants. He does great work, but the standout item is his use of the hypodermic needle anesthetic. He uses a very small needle and administers it slowly for greatest comfort. In my case, it was a 5-unit bridge and required 3 receptors, and a 5-tooth length incision, which required a lot of injections. During the injections, prep, insertions and closing, I listened to my MP3 player on headphones, and was very comfortable.

I had a tooth removed and a bone graft in the socket of that tooth and a partial bone graft in the next tooth. No pain what so ever. Definitely recommend Dr. Pinero.

The staff is great. The whole office treats you as a person. They do their best to make this as pain free as possible, and are gentle. Both my wife and I use his practice.

I would highly recommend Dr Pinero. I was very anxious going in for a procedure but left very impressed. I never felt any kind of pain even afterwards when the numbing medicine wore off.
