Dr. Heidi Ray, DMD

When I arrived, a member of the staff took an xray which the doctor reviewed. The doctor stated that the tooth could not be fixed and needed to be removed. The doctor then ordered a CT scan to confirm the xray findings. I was then referred to an oral surgeon and my xray was sent to him. When I checked out, I was told that my insurance does not cover this type of CT scans and that I was responsible for a minimum of $100. I told them that I should have been told that the CT scan was not covered. I also told them that if the CT scan was necessary why is only the xray being sent to the oral surgeon. Their response was that they can send the CT scan to the surgeon if I wanted and that they don't check out what is covered by insurance before checkout. I feel that the office was deceitful and not upfront about the costs.

Terrible! Do not see this woman

Dr. Ray made the process of a root canal so much less intimidating. I was terrified to get this done, but she was so patient with me and explained the process well which helped put me at ease. Her staff was easy to schedule with too. I'd highly recommend Dr. Ray's office, I don't have anything bad to say about her or the staff

Staff is wonderful ! The Dr made me feel so comfortable and I was in and out in a jiffy. Worth every penny to be treated so well

Had a root canal done at Dr Rays. She was so kind and explained everything to me before she did it. The staff was very good at easing my fears and making me feel comfortable. They even called me to see how I was doing after my procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff is very friendly. Dr spent a lot of time explaining procedures and making me feel comfortable. Have been seeing her for many years.

Dr. Ray came in on her off day a saturday to get my daughter out of pain she was amazing with her!

Dr Heidi Ray is a great endodontist. Husband & I have each used her for root canals. We were VERY pleased with her skills, caring & compassion.

She does not stand behind her work. A year after getting a root canal from her, a piece of root she accidentally left behind got infected. Instead of admitting her mistake and working with me to get it fixed she wanted to charge the full $1100 for a root canal to fix it! It should have been fixed the first time I paid for the procedure. Never go to any of her locations. All about the money and doesn't care about the patient.
