She lacks bedside manner. Very rude woman. She should consider a different line of work as being a people person and expressing empathy to dental patients is clearly NOT a skill she possess.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kan and her amazing Staff!! All of them are so knowledgeable, kind, patient and caring! We felt right at home...Fun office for kids!
