Dr. Henrik Anderson, DDS

I've been seeing Dr. Anderson for many years now. He is awesome in every way--professionally and personally. He tells you what is going on and how he will treat you in terms that are very understandable. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and get the best care. I told my husband that if his company ever got dental insurance that Dr. Anderson wasn't accepting, that I would pay out of pocket rather than go somewhere else. I 1000% recommend him to everyone!

I have no complaints about Dr. Anderson. He is a wonderful dentist. The best I have ever been to. Plus he is very kind and makes you feel at ease. My problem is that his staff really needs to go to Charm School! On more than one occasion I have found them to be rude and unthoughtful. They must be very secure in their jobs to not think that nothing will be said about this fact.

Dr. Anderson is a fantastic dentist! My husband, my son, my mother and myself have been going to him for 20+ years. His billing staff, however, is a way different story. Rude and not responsive to a complaint over a billing dispute. They haggled over $137.40!! When you are told you will pay one thing for a procedure being done and then they charge you 3 times that amount only to say "Oh well, the insurance didn't pay it" YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE QUOTES TO PAITIENTS IF YOU DO NOT STICK BY THOSE QUOTES!! Bad business!! I am sure if Dr. Anderson sees this he would have agreed. The woman I spoke to on the phone should not be in the business of talking to customers because you just lost 4 long time customers. What a shame you are making Dr. Anderson lose business because of your attitude.

My visits We're great, at first. Dr. Anderson is a very nice person, but ruined my smile, and my confidence! Well it'll be 2 years on the 23 of December 2022. I feel like I've been crying for 2 years , I can't eat anything I used to eat, when I open my mouth my teeth fall out , it's been embarrassing to say the least. I was embarrassed to keep going there to ask for help because I never really got help, and they never solved any problem , only to say and that I should get implants, well we should have said that to begin with and I could have put that money towards implants and not gotten dentures I'm angry and hurt and hes ruined a lot of my life I had a trip planned I never took, I don't go out with my friends for lunch anymore, it's been devastating to me! They can go home at night and everything's OK I cry everyday!!!

Dr. Anderson is the best dentist I've ever had! Very thorough, while all dental work is absolute artistry!

Excellent dentist! Highly recommend!!

Booked a cleaning 6 months ago. 48 hours before the appt, they called to say they no longer accepted my dental plan. I understand insurance changes but not letting me know until 48 hours before the appt that was made 6 month ago is bad form.

My family has seen Dr. Anderson since 1999. I can tell you with out a doubt he is the BEST! There may be other dentist as good but none better! He always has a smile, takes his time and communicate clearly. He has always shown genuine concern for my family's well-being! His staff is just AWESOME! From the time you are greeted by Sandra to the time you see Dr. Anderson you will be convinced you made the right choice going to his practice. The office is modern and welcoming and all his equipment and technology is new and state of the art! 10 stars for Dr. Anderson.
