I went to this place Nov 2016 to consult if I can do my dentist visit since I am approaching my insurance allowance of 2016. The lady in the front promised me to charge the payment onto my insurance allowance of 2017, in the total purpose to keep me at their dentist office and be one of their victim. She did not do as what she promised me, in the sense of lying and even send my file to collection agency because she was not able to mail me due to my change of address. I got a call last week from
