Just completed my fourth, and final, visit of extensive work due to my prior dental inattention. Four permanent caps, one broke tooth, one bridge, one filling and a superb cleaning. Positives include: NO PAIN, quick accommodation, flexible schedule, clean environment, friendly and professional staff, meticulous detail of fit, and most importantly - NO PAIN!! Unfortunately, I cannot come up with one single delta to pass along from my experience.Thank you Dr. Tuel and staff for the Excellent care I was provided!!

Such a relief! As a DAV I am privileged to receive dental care at no other cost than that I have already earned in Rice Paddy’s & Jungles of Viet Nam. Dr. Tuel (a U S Veteran himself) works with the V A to provide dental care to those veterans whom the V A authorizes Dr. Tuel to serve. My music ministry is deemed by the V A as essential to my mental health requiring specialized dental procedures which enable me to continue singing. Dr. Tuel has been a “Godsend” as I pursue my ministry in music. His work is simply amazing. I have never had to wait over 5-10 minutes to be treated. I am thankful for such a dedicated person in Dr. Houston Tuel III and I am thankful to the V A for providing such an essential service through Dr. Tuel. The staff at Dr. Tuel’s office are always friendly accommodating. He is a great man as well as a great dentist. I sincerely thank him. Bobby Don

Start from beginning, going for 7 years, plenty of parking in front of the office, office is pristine, very experienced well trained staff, Alicia dental hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth, Ambor extremely professional in assisting Dr Tuele. The doctor is great, never even felt any injections, great touch and I am very confident in his recommendations and skills. This is an old school dentist who gives great personal service.

Dr Tuel and his staff are the best I have experienced in several years with dental care in my area. Very pleased!

When I called Dr. Tuel's office for the first time, there was a long wait for a new patient appointment. I explained that I had lost a filling, thankfully was not in pain, but needed help sooner. They worked me in within two weeks. First appointment, temporary crown; second, permanent crown. Third, teeth cleaned (worked into their busy schedule from a cancellation). Top notch all the way. Pleasant environment and staff; excellent work; honest evaluation, recommending only needed services. They're busy -- but worth the wait!

Another great overall experience with my recent appointment with Dr Tuel III and Staff.My wife and I are blessed to have such a great Dentist like Dr Houston Tuel III and Staff.He and his team are always very professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and thorough in their medical field specialty.Good at answering any questions we might have.His office facility is always a clean, safe and inviting environment.It’s quite obvious he and his staff truly care about the wellbeing of all their patients.I will definitely continue to recommend Dr Tuel and his team to family, friends, business colleagues and associates.

Dr Tuel is the third dentist that I have been to since I moved to Granbury. I have been going to Dr Tuel for the past four years and I’m immensely pleased with him, his office and his staff.

In a recent checkup, Dr. Tuel discovered that my bridge needed to be replaced with a new one. The procedure was long and difficult, with some unexpected complications. Dr Tuel and his assistant handled it with precision, patience, and sensitivity. It was rather expensive but I was informed beforehand with an itemized cost estimate that was accurate and fair. I am thankful to have found this office so close to home and would recommend Dr. Tuel and his team to anyone.

I've been using Dr. Tuel as my dentist for approximately 12 years. He is a really nice guy and does all he can for his patients. His staff has always been friendly and professional with me.

Office does not let you leave a message. The recording tells you to keep calling back until someone answers. He is also open 3 1/2 days a week only. No emergency number if you are in pain. My family has been going to Dr. Tuell for years and he is a good dentist. I think we will be looking for a more reliable dentist and staff.

Been waiting 3 weeks to be seen for emergency dental pain and when I did show up the staff was very condescending and demeaning towards me, in part, because I have very low income. I am a 3 times deployed combat infantryman and I was 20 minutes behind my appointment because I'm coming from Meridian 40 to 50+ minutes away with my wife and 5 kids. I am 80% service connected through the VA and am considered permanently unemployable by my primary doctors. When I told the staff that I wouldn't be able to come back another day due to fixed income she asked "Do you even work"? When I tried to explain to her my situation she said "Don't bring your pity party here" Never been so disrespected and insulted in front of my wife....There were two other receptionists there who believed everything the one said and right out ignored me and left me standing there like a fool with cold hearted expressions on their faces....these people serve money as their god. They are not in it to care for others.

Have been a patient of Dr. Tuel for several years. Has done an extraction and a partial and several fillings. His assistant has done cleanings. Very thorough and professional. Excellent support staff. Provides estimates for work. Highly recommend this dentist.
