Dr. Chan doesn't speak perfect English. So, communication is sometimes a little difficult. I've found that the back office ladies are very helpful in explaining and answering questions. The charges at this office are half or less compared to other dentists we have used. Fran does the cleanings. They just raised their rate from $55 to $80. Fran was a dental hygienist in the Air Force for years. Does good job and can afford twice per year for what others charge for 1 cleaning. Suit yourself, and go to more expensive dr. Chan the man does just fine for us.

I do not recommend this dentist. Office and equipment was dirty.. Not pleasant people to work with.
