This office is totally money oriented. Here is my experience. After they checked my insurance, the medical billing person told me that I have no coverage for procedures. Since this is the first time I use this insurance, although I was wondering, I decided to pay them in cash. They charged me for $1450 to crown a teeth. Later on I checked my insurance; it is supposed to cover at least 30%. They claimed the insurance money on their behalf anyway. So in this case they should reimburse some cost that I paid for. That was where the problem started. They had various reasons to drag the case for a month although I have a letter from the insurance about how much I should pay, which is $722.18 . I finally decided to physically go to the office. Being felt guilt for other patients waiting in the room, I unwillingly accepted the $420 they offered instead of $723.12 according to insurance company's letter, and just want to leave this place, never go back
