Dr. Hubert Byron Jr, DMD

I was greeted with a friendly staff and Dr.Byron was very polite and he has a wonderful sense of humor and I had 4 teeth pulled and I walked out pain free and the receptionist called to check on me… a wonderful place

He did good work on my teeth but his receptionist/wife is so rude and unprofessional! She has scheduled me not once but twice for a certain time, then calls to confirm and tells me my appointment is an hour earlier than scheduled so they can be out of the office by 3 o'clock. She refuses to schedule me in office so that I have my appointment in writing, she makes excuses and tells me to call for my appointment. Only half of the dental work i was scheduled for was done so they could leave and i got there at 2pm!! I've never seen such behavior in any other office. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Never even got to meet the doctor. I came in for an appointment for X-rays and couldn’t stand the horrible receptionist and the X-ray tech. VERY rude. Ended up just asking for my papers back before the X-ray even started and then requested for my social to be disposed of. She handed me the paper and then snatched it back to start shredding it herself while laughing with the X-ray tech. Horrible place. Also the exam room I seen was dirty and dusty and just a horrible environment.

Went in with a horrible toothache after being on a full set of augmentin and all that was done was 1 x-ray. He stayed seated the entire visit and never once looked in my mouth nor asked if I had had an extraction. He wrote on paper they missed root when prior extraction was performed. Horrible manners. Find another dentist to go to.
