Unprofessional Practice
Calling patients at night (bedtime ~9PM) for no legitimate reason. I don’t think this is a professional practice for a DDS. This can cause negative impact on the patient’s family, especially when the DDS and patient is of opposite sex. This is unprofessional practice on the DDS side. It is understandable if it is an emergency, but for non-emergency, illegitimate reason is uncalled for.

I used to treat teeth in many dentist offices, but when I came to Dr. Vu's clinic, I found that he had many good ideas. He works very patiently and with a conscience. My children, my brother, and I are very satisfied with him. Thank you, doctor.

Have been using his service for almost five years,still have a bunch of gaps to be closed. He doesn't listen to his patients and doesn't know how to communicate with patients. Very disappointed with his service.
