I was scheduled MONTHS ago to have a cleaning the morning of Feb 20th. I CONFIRMED the appointment THURSDAY MORNING prior to, at 9:30 via the text AND email that THEY SENT ME. I got a phone call THE MORNING OF, 20 MINUTES before my scheduled appointment. The lady was calling to make sure I got the msg that was supposedly left A WEEK AGO that cancelled my appointment. A WEEK AGO!!! I proceed to try to explain to her how inconvenient this is because I NEVER got any phone calls OR msg. I know because I checked AS I WAS TALKING TO HER. Not to mention I WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONFIRM SAID APPOINTMENT HAD IT ACTUALLY BEEN CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED!!! MID SENTENCE, she cuts me off. Telling me a msg was left and a phone call was made bc there was a note stating so and said “You know what I’m not going to argue with you. Have a good day. Goodbye” And HUNG UP ON ME. All I tried to do was explain. She wouldn’t let me talk. And no, no one has attempted to call back since.
