Dr. Ingrid Thompson, DDS

Didn’t speak...raised her voice at me when I asked for clarification of what she said. Made decision not to come back again even though previously seen. I could now understand the review someone else gave about dentist having no personality. Yikes! I’ll be looking for another dentist.

SHE TALKS AND SAYS WHATS GOING ON. BEEN GOING SINCE 2006, TOP NOTCH SURGEONS, SPECIALIST AT HER FINGERTIPS.ONE LOUSY EXPERIENCE 3 MAIN TEETH AND IMPLANTS AT STRATEGIC SPOT. ASK FOR VALIUM TO GET THROUGH. TOOK TO WEIS AND THEY ACT LIKE GOTCHA.YOU HAVE SAME CLASS ON FILE OFFICE SAID CANCEL. NOT GOING BACK FOR WORK, NO CALL FROM DENTIST. I LIKE TO VENT.

Dr. Thompson hardly spoke to me, she took xrays and she didn't tell me anything about my teeth, I had to ask her about everything and even then she was very vague with the information she was giving me about MY teeth. I expected better since I was paying out of pocket and they were charging me a lot of money for my teeth cleaning. Donna is very nice and friendly she was the best part of the appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST.

My first impression of Dr. Thompson is that she has no personality what so ever. I only visit her office twice with my son and each time I just did not feel that pleasant environment from her. she does not smile and she will not allow the parent to go in the room with there young child when she is working on their teeth and to top it off after she completes the exam and cleaning she does not come out of the room to say anything. she does not tell me if my child had cavities, need braces etc...
