Dr. Ira Levenson is one of the best dentists I have ever met. Not only is his entire staff top-notch but the whole experience has been outstanding. After MANY years of painful visits to dentists, I had become traumatized to the point where I wouldn't even go anymore. This led to having so many teeth removed that I needed an implant for a molar so I could chew on my right side. Through a miscommunication (and it could have even been my fault) the implant was put in the wrong spot. After the novocaine wore off I discovered the error. When Dr. Levenson called me that evening to check on my condition, I told him of my disappointment. He didn't hesitate to apologize and offered to have me come back in to do the procedure again at no cost. Talk about the professionalism of this man! There was NO PAIN during this visit and I thank everyone involved for their care and kindness. I am sold and would not hesitate to refer this group to anyone who asked.
