I have been a patient at Pine Tree Dental Care since 2015 and couldn’t possibly recommend the practice more highly! The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful; the hygienists are unbelievably kind, compassionate, and considerate! I have very sensitive teeth and my hygienist always makes sure I am comfortable from X-rays to cleaning. Dr. Babayan is fantastic! She always communicates clearly and compassionately and makes great recommendations for improving and maintaining my oral health. She also always makes sure to consider my concerns and input thoroughly when offering options for treatment and care. Look no further for a truly phenomenal team of dental professionals!

Make sure to check your billing and insurance payments - looks like I was overcharged a LOT and they had no interest in reviewing my bill with me. What dentist would rather pay me back hundreds of dollars and allow staff to be openly dismissive, instead of just giving me 20 minutes of time to explain my statement?

I developed a reaction to novicatine for a cleaning and had to be split the cleaning in two times. The second time they gave me again novocatine!!! I’m traumatized forever. They weren’t also capable of finding the right pharmacy to sent my prescription too and di nothing to figure what’s was happening. I really wanted this to work but was the worst dentist experience I had in my life and I paid 500$ for it on top of that. Also practice is outdate and not very clean. Stay away.

Dr. Babayan and her whole team are great! I highly recommend them. They are very professional and always run right on schedule. I have been a patient for two years and am very happy with my decision to change to this practice.

Please be aware that this practice bribes patients to review the practice (for ex, leave a google review, be entered in a raffle for a free electric toothbrush). This feels unethical to me. As far as the practice itself, I probably would have switched dentists if my family hadn't relocated. Dr. Babayan is competent though not very personable. However, the hygienists are good, and appointments run on time.

Dr. Babayan and her entire staff provide top-rate service and my wife and I could not be more happy with our experience with Pine Tree Dental. If you are looking for a place to have dental work done, we strongly recommend Dr. Babayan.

Dr. Babayan has a style that works for my whole family. She is compassionate and kind and treats us all with such respect. She makes going to the dentist a pleasure.

Both Dr. B and Karen (my hygienist) are great. Very gentle and thorough.

Be careful of this practice. They are constantly trying to up sell you services. They will also do services that you did not request or authorize and then expect payment.
