Horrible customer service! I went in on one of her mailings for x-rays, consultation and cleaning Oct. 2022 for $39 and never got a cleaning, just x-rays & a 20 minute consult that I really liked by Jackie. I did purchase a $60 Sonicare toothbrush. I did not follow up with the suggestions because I did not have insurance. However I take great care of my teeth. I finally got some insurance this month and called to get an appointment. I asked if I could schedule x-rays, consult, cleaning and one filling replacement. The first gal got snooty with me and then handed off the call to another gal that took my call and was angry right out the gate telling me I had not been in for 2 years, so what, and that I could not ask for one filling to be replaced. They acted like they were mad that I had not been in for follow up for 1.5 years she kept insisting it was 2 years. She then was yelling saying that they were not a good match for me! Then hung up. Total high school disrespectful behaviors.

My wife was told that her insurance was accepted. The dentist immediately took X-rays, then told my wife here insurance was out of network. The staff then took my wife to an office and tried to persuade her into having a cavity filled immediately. "Every other dentist is about six months out to fill a cavity." Would not recommend at all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jackie’s for many years and have always received exemplary care. Last week I had a tooth ache, called Dr. Jackie on her day off, she met me at the office, quickly diagnosed the problem and referred me to a specialist for treatment. Within 3 hours the tooth was repaired and I was out of pain. Dr. Jackie is compassionate and truly cares about the wellbeing of her patients. The office is always immaculate, the staff professional and knowledgeable. If I could give the practice ten stars I would!

Dr O'Beirne really cares about each if her patients. She is phenomenal!! She is flexible in planning for long and short term goals answers any and all questions and is upbeat positive and really wants to help her patients with their needs.

I am a fearful dental patient. Dr Jackie O`Beirn took the time to explain what i needed done. She was gental fast and didn`t mind that I was completly freaked out. She is the best dentist I have ever seen. I later had an emergancy late Friday and Dr Jackie met me in the office first thing Saturday morning even though the office was closed. She truely cares about her patients. I will reccomend her to everyone I know.

By Far, one of the very best dentists I've ever been to. Dr. O'Beirne is caring, smart, efficient and extremely talented. She always takes the time to answer questions and explain procedures. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Overpriced. Charges for unnecessary work. Unethical money hungry dentist. Extremely unprofessional staff.

I realized i had a bad abcess and Jackie got me in the same day. She quickly discovered that i required oral surgery which is outside her scope. She got me into to see an oral surgeon that same day! Mind you, this is 4:15 in the afternoon! By 6:30 that evening, i had gotten oral surgery to repair a botched root canal from a previous dentist and now several days later, i am recovering nicely. She had her staff follow up with me to ensure her referral took care of me. I cant say enough!!

I would NOT recommend this dentist office! I was quoted $100 for one filling, but was billed over $300!!! I called and spoke with 2 different front managers before the last one hung up on me today after being placed on hold! I think of a quote as being an expectation of what you'll pay... a general ballpark, they werent even close, so they lost my trust and I will never go back to them! Also, I'm still having pain on the tooth she fixed. You have been warned! Worst dentist experience yet!

Constant staff turn over. Completely disrespectful to her staff. She's never happy or pleasant. Dental care is not comfortable nor is she gentle,always very rough. As I've discovered she's not as skilled as she wants you to believe. Follow through is extremely lacking. Ask your friends for referrals to another dentist. Don't go here.
