Poor Quality
They are unprofessional & passive-aggressive. Her assistant Cystal told me I'd get my teeth cleaned by Dr. S, then when I got there said they couldn't & yelled in front of all the other patients, "Aw! Don't be afraid of men! They won't hurt you!" Once, she told me to come back in an hour. When I did, she told me they couldn't see me. The dentist was arrogant, irritable & did mediocre work They also charged my insurance extra for work they didn't do. Also, the records quality is poor & they charge you!

If you are looking for a competent, compassionate and knowledgeable dentist…look no further. When treating a patient, Dr. Samuels takes into consideration ALL medical issues-not just those pertaining to dental concerns. Dr. Samuels explains all procedures clearly, gives written instruction and information, and most impressively confers with other medical personnel when needed. Her expertise and commitment to providing safe and effective health care is outstanding!!!

Excellent dentist!!! Patient and caring...Office staff is very professional and accommodating.. She has helped calmed my anxiety and I now look forward to my appointments and getting my procedures done..

Dr. Samuels has been absolutely amazing to me for almost 10 years. She’s attentive, fast yet meticulous and she genuinely cares about my well being as a patient. She’s never charged me for anything I didn’t need and she’s even opened her office for me in an emergency. She’s simply the best. Thank you Dr. Samuels!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO HER, AS I TRUSTED HER TO DO A ROOT CANAL 2 YEARS AGO. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ROOT CANAL WAS DONE...DAYS LATER THE CROWN FELL OFF. THE CROWN FELL OFF 2 MORE TIMES AFTER IN THE SPACE OF 1-2 MONTHS. THAT'S WHEN I VOWED TO NEVER GO BACK, ESPECIALLY AFTER BRINGING MY KIDS THERE AND SHE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ME BEING IN THE ROOM WITH HER AS SHE WORKED ON THEM. IN 2015, MY CROWN FELL OFF AFTER CHEWING GUM AND AFTER GOING TO ANOTHER DENTIST, SHE DID NOT DO THE RIGHT THING.
