Dr. Jaime White, DDS

Office staff needs to be trained to be more compassionate with those who are experiencing anxiety or trauma as well as those that may not be aware of the high cost of this practice. My family will be changing to a different dentist.

Dr. White was polite at first, and the front desk staff was always very friendly. However, I had a miserable experience here. She filled a cavity for me, but clearly botched the job, because several months later I began experiencing excruciating pain. The cavity had continued to grow, and I now needed a root canal. This exact same thing happened to my sister. The problems didn't stop there. The crown Dr. White put on failed 4 times. It'd fall off. It'd break in half. After it fell off a FIFTH time, enough was enough. I went to a different dentist. Guess what? The crown from the new dentist has been on for 4 years without a hitch. Dr. White also thought she should mention that my and my sister's issues were because we were of Asian descent, and genetically Asians are known to have "soft teeth". After some google searching and consulting with my new dentist, this seems to be a pretty ridiculous and unvalidated stereotype. Do. Not. Go. Here.

I was told that my crowns that Jaime White did don't fit correctly by another dentist. She was so unresponsive about talking to me when I was in the office. I am now spending an additional $3000. thanks you unprofessional idiot.

We've tried many dentists in the area over the past decade. Without a doubt, Dr. Dr. White is the best. She's professional, but has a great sense of humor. She's quick, but never makes me feel rushed. Her work is extremely gentle, on-target & it lasts! The last dentist I saw (Walnut Creek) upsold me on everything. Dr. White does what's needed, when it's needed, & always consults CLEARLY with you first. Katie, the hygienist rocks, too! No games, no pain! LOVE IT! Office staff is fabulous, too!

Dr. White is by all accounts a competent dentist. Unfortunately, her staff's treatment of me as a patient displays her lack of judgement as a service provider. As someone who was a patient of hers for 10+ years, it saddens me to see just how far this once solid practice has fallen. My most recent experience with Dr. White was akin to what you would expect from a Comfort Dental style chain. Poor service, less than 5 minutes of total face time with the doctor and a rude, disrespectful staff.

Excellent care. My first visit she identified an abscess my previous dentist had not and got me the care I needed. The office makes computer-generated crowns while they are working on the tooth, so there are no temporaries, no return visits and the fit is perfect. I'm almost 70 years old and this is the FIRST dental office where a cleaning has not hurt. The hygienists here are careful not to stab my gums with their probes or floss into the gums, so the cleanings are more pleasant.

I and my family have always had a professional experience with Dr. White an her staff . Always jovial, but not overly so . Would recommend her anytime.
