Went because of severe pain Friday night, they are open Saturday. Was given 4 X-rays and a short eval by a ( female) dentist, and an Rx for antibiotic....then sent back to front desk for "Treatment Plan". Found out at that point that I was already billed $384.00 ,for nothing yet being done. I inquired about cash discount as I wanted to be out of pain and fixed ASAP , or even right now, and was offered 20%, but only if I "join their plan"--- an additional $300.00 which was really just me pre-paying for 2 cleanings in the next year,so they could bill me some more (they hope.)That brought up the total $300 more and made the discount really at 9.9%!! The charges were extremely high, and I was already out $384.00 for no relief. So I have set up treatment with a local smaller DDS at about 55%less, and I'm still out $384 to boot.Caveat: Ask those charges FIRST!! Go small & local.

Short Wait Time, Fantastic Staff & Dentist. We had no problem scheduling the appointment. The staff in the front were on top of it. Our wait was always under 10 minutes, even as a new patient. The Dentist spent as much time as we needed to feel comfortable and completed our visit flawlessly! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I've been going to his office for a couple years now. I truly appreciate the friendliness of everyone in his office. I always feel welcomed. The doctor himself is excellent. I recommend them every chance I get.

We recently moved to the St Augustine area and were looking for a local dentist and scheduled an appointment with Dr Alexander. I was totally surprised at all of the modern equipment his office had. He found a problem I did not know I had and fixed it the same day. He was more one-on-one then my former dentist was and even called me that evening to make sure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. You will not be disappointed.
